The True Fire Fitness System

A key difference between Weight Crafters and other weight loss camp, fat camp or fat farm styled programs is our expert-developed True Fire Fitness System.

We designed our exclusive fitness and nutritional system based on decades of weight loss and fitness experience.

The goal of our program is to maximize calorie burn, build muscle, increase flexibility and burn free fatty acids; i.e. burn fat.

Quality over Quantity

Over-exercise is not beneficial to an individual’s overall well-being. There are places promoting 7-8 hours of activities, 7 days per week – and we can only assume that they either:

A) Do not know what they are doing, or
B) Are simply inflating the training time in order to charge you an extra $1,500 per week.

We can assure you that 24-30 hours of physical activity with rest over the weekend is the maximum that a client should be receiving in our professional opinion.

You are certainly not going to maintain a 7-hour / 7-day per week training regimen upon returning home. You need a program that you can maintain – not the extra costs.

Please Note: Weight Crafters is not a medical facility - and therefore we do not possess the ability to medically evaluate or diagnose clients for diseases or chronic medical conditions. This is why we suggest that you see your personal physician before attending the program, to ensure that they agree that you are medically capable of participating.

We have the experience and training to help clients of all ages and fitness levels improve their health and change their lives.

On the first Monday morning, you will be given a full physical assessment by one of our staff.

This includes a full BMI assessment, range of motion assessment, personal injury and health history overview, body measurements, weight and height status, and review of current medications.

You also will have some basic “before” photos taken of you upon arrival (if you wish), so that we will be able to gauge your improvement from all levels.

Based on your weight, BMR, body fat percentage, and general physical fitness, our staff will be able to provide specific modifications to our general programming in order to ensure that you get the most out of every single workout with us.
