Step 1 - Nutrition: Every weight loss program that produces visible results has a dieting component. While many fat camps serve their campers from a cafeteria - or even outsource meals to a local vendor - at Weight Crafters our food sets us apart. Every delicious meal is prepared by hand, in-house, specificially for you. We accommodate allergies and special dietary needs, and always strive to cater to our clients' needs and tastes.
Step 2 - Exercise: Cutting calories can help you lose pounds on the scale - but combining this with full body exercise is how you shed inches fast! While many fat camps use a daily regimen of a few large-group exercises in rotation, Weight Crafters maintains small fitness groups and changes the agenda every day! This is how we are able to provide the level of personal attention needed by older clients, or those with unique health conditions or disabilities. It also keeps things fun!
Step 3 - Habit Building: The first two steps will help you burn off pounds and inches - but this third step is what helps you prevent gaining it back. If you want to make a permanent change to your body and your health over all, you have to make a lifestyle change that sticks with you when you return home. As a bonus, at Weight Crafters we offer life coaching and nutritional counseling services that can do wonders to help you understand your body's needs.

While changing things up is part of our technique, the schedule is kept as regular as possible. This helps you build healthy eating, sleeping and exercise habits. Here's how it breaks down:

6:30 am | BreakfastIn addition to a healthy, delicious breakfast, you are also provided with a light snack to enjoy at any point during the day. |
8:00 am | Training / ActivityMorning training is done in sessions, with a break in the middle. |
12:00 pm | Lunch Time |
1:00 pm | Training / ActivityAfternoon training completes your activity time for the day. Massage therapy or counseling may be scheduled thereafter. |
5:00 pm | DinnerYou are provided a protein shake with dinner, to enjoy anytime. The rest of the evening is yours to do with as you like - which could include time on the beach, sunbathing by the pool, or the occasional trip around town. |
Weekends | |
Training sessions are shorter on Saturdays, and Sundays are completely free. Don't worry though - by the time Sunday rolls around, you'll be glad for the rest! | |

There's a lot more to do in Beautiful Tampa Bay Florida than just working out! We regularly incorporate fun activities in the area like Kayaking & Paddleboarding, Trampoline Gym, Obstacle Courses, Cardio Tennis and more. As such, the schedule and routine will vary from day to day and week to week. |
