Weight Crafters Management

Hannah Kinney Director of Training & Guest Experience
Hannah Kinney has been part of Weight Crafters for more than a decade, including six years as General Manager and Training Director. With over 13 years in the fitness industry, she brings deep experience in coaching, operations, nutrition, guest care, and daily program leadership.
Hannah is a certified personal trainer, certified group trainer, nutrition-certified coach, certified life coach, and accomplished chef. She also holds a degree in communications and marketing, which helps her connect with guests in a way that feels clear, encouraging, and personal.
During the residential experience, Hannah, along with other Weight Crafters personnel as needed, coordinate and leads much of the daily training and movement program, helping women build strength, mobility, confidence, and comfort in their own bodies. Her approach is supportive, practical, and never intimidating.
A former high school and college hockey player, Hannah understands discipline, teamwork, and perseverance. For many guests, Hannah becomes one of the most trusted parts of their stay — guiding them through movement, meals, laughter, encouragement, and the first steps toward feeling like themselves again.

Conn MobleyFounder & Director of Enrollment
Conn Mobley, along with Hannah Kinney, has been one of the driving forces behind the evolution and continued success of Weight Crafters. With decades of leadership experience across fitness, admissions, operations, education, and business development, Conn brings discipline, structure, and practical wisdom to the Weight Crafters mission.
A former combat infantry U.S. Marine, Conn first led fitness training while serving in the Marine Corps in the early 1990s. He is also a certified personal trainer, certified group trainer, certified life coach, and biblical counselor, with a lifelong commitment to personal fitness, accountability, and helping others move toward healthier, more purposeful lives.
At Weight Crafters, Conn leads admissions and administration, helping each prospective guest determine whether the program is the right fit for her goals, needs, and season of life. His approach reflects the same values that have shaped Weight Crafters for years — honesty, discipline, accountability, and care — now refined into a more personal, women-only wellness experience built for lasting change.
