Decades of wellness
focused on you.

Decades of residential fitness, weight loss, and wellness experience —
now rebuilt into a more personal women-only retreat on Florida’s Gulf Coast.

Thoughtfully Planned
from Start to Finish

Each day includes guided movement, intentional meals, and time to enjoy Madeira Beach and the surrounding Tampa Bay, Clearwater and St. Petersburg region.

Sessions are kept intentionally small and admission is by application, allowing the experience to remain calm, organized, and personal.

The Weight Crafters StoryThe Evolution of Client Wellness

Weight Crafters began in 2007 as a no-nonsense residential fitness and weight loss camp for adults in Madeira Beach, Florida. Originally known as Core Fitness Solution, or CFS Camp, we became Weight Crafters in 2012 and continued helping guests from across the country step away from daily distractions, rebuild healthier habits, and take meaningful steps toward better health.

Over the years, our deeper mission has always been about more than the number on the scale. Weight loss can be an important part of the journey, but lasting wellness requires more: strength, mobility, confidence, emotional balance, nourishing food, consistent movement, and a daily rhythm that can continue long after a guest returns home.

As the wellness and weight loss world changed, especially with the rise of GLP-1 medications and the growing demand for rapid results, we saw something important. Many people could lose weight quickly, but without fitness, nutrition, structure, support, and long-term lifestyle change, they often still struggled to feel strong, energized, confident, and truly well.

That realization led us to evolve. Instead of centering the experience around long, rigorous gym days and short-term results, we reshaped Weight Crafters into a more complete wellness experience — one that helps women enjoy living healthy, being active, eating well, and building habits that feel realistic beyond their stay.

We also made the decision to become a women-only program, both because women have always represented the heart of our community and because we believe a shared, supportive environment creates deeper connection, encouragement, laughter, and lasting bonds. By intentionally limiting each session to a small cohort, we are able to provide a more personal, thoughtful, and supportive experience for every guest.

Today, we are proud to introduce the next evolution of Weight Crafters — a renewed women’s wellness experience guided by the same trusted leadership and heart that have shaped our program for more than a decade. Led by Hannah and Conn, two long-standing members of the Weight Crafters family, this next chapter brings together the best of what has always worked with a more enjoyable, balanced, and lasting approach to wellness.

With focused morning movement, daily beach or park walks, guided fitness, nourishing meals, relaxing hotel time, fun Gulf Coast outings, trusted local wellness partnerships, and our digital Lorison Fitness Program for continued support after you return home, Weight Crafters has been carefully rebuilt to offer more than a temporary reset. It is designed to help you feel stronger, lighter, more confident, more connected, and genuinely excited about living well again.

For our alumni, this is the Weight Crafters you remember — only wiser, warmer, more complete, and built for the life you want now. For new guests, consider this to be an invitation to step away, breathe, move, laugh, reconnect, and begin again with the structure, support, and care you may have been missing for years.

Each day is curated to keep you moving, eating well, and enjoying the Gulf Coast without having to manage a single detail yourself.

What the Retreat Is Designed For

A Vacation That Leaves
You Feeling Better

Many people want time away that feels genuinely restorative when they return home.

Weight Crafters brings together guided movement, fresh meals, and a relaxed coastal setting so the week feels both active and easy to enjoy.

Instead of spending the trip planning every detail, guests arrive to a stay where the essentials are already thoughtfully arranged.

Active Days
Without Intensity

The retreat is designed around a balanced daily rhythm rather than an intense or overly rigid schedule.

Guests may begin the morning with guided movement, enjoy shared meals during the day, and spend time exploring the coast, local spots, or quiet waterfront areas nearby.

The result is a stay that feels active, enjoyable, and well-paced without becoming demanding.
