At Weight Crafters, our 14-day & 7-day women’s wellness retreat gives you a place to step away, reset, and make your health the focus again. We handle the daily structure for you with comfortable accommodations, guided movement, nourishing meals, coastal outings, and supportive coaching, so you can stop guessing and start rebuilding.

In a small women-only cohort of just 4 to 6 guests, your fitness sessions are adapted to your current strength and comfort level. You will have the space, support, and practical guidance to rebuild energy, restore confidence, enjoy healthy living again, and return home with habits that feel realistic, steady, and sustainable.
